Terms and Conditions for Service Provider Registration

1. Eligibility

To become a Service Provider on the Platform, you must:

2. Account Registration

• Relevant documents (e.g., licenses, certificates)

By registering, you agree that all information you provide is truthful and accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activity that occurs under your account.

3. Service Provider Responsibilities

As a registered Service Provider, you agree to:

• Provide services in a professional and lawful manner.
• Ensure that the services you offer meet the agreed standards and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain all required qualifications, licenses, and certifications throughout your time on the Platform.
• Respond promptly to service requests, inquiries, or any communication from users of the Platform.
• Handle any payments directly with users, as we do not facilitate or manage payments for services at this time.
• Resolve any disputes directly with users, as we are not responsible for disputes between service providers and users.

4. Service Listings

You are responsible for creating and maintaining accurate service listings on the Platform, which may include:

• A description of the services you provide.
• Pricing information (if applicable).
• Availability and booking details.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications.
• Photos or other media showcasing your services (if applicable).

We reserve the right to remove or modify any listings that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.

5. Platform Fees

Currently, we do not charge any fees for registration or use of the Platform. However, we may introduce fees in the future, and any changes will be communicated with updated Terms. You will be notified if any fees are introduced.

6. No Payment Facilitation

At present, Pick Professionals does not handle or facilitate payments between users and service providers. All payments for services provided by you must be handled directly with the user. We are not responsible for any payment-related issues or disputes.

7. Prohibited Activities

As a Service Provider, you agree not to:

• Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices.
• Violate any laws, regulations, or rights of others.
• Provide services that are illegal, unsafe, or harmful.
• Engage in any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior towards users or other service providers.
• Use the Platform to promote or sell illegal goods or services.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Termination of Account

You may terminate your registration at any time by notifying us via email or through your account settings on the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to provide services as agreed.

9. Liability and Indemnity

• Pick Professionals is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or other issues arising from the services you provide or from interactions with users.
• You agree to indemnify and hold Pick Professionals harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your actions, services, or failure to comply with these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with the Platform, including logos, trademarks, software, and content, are the property of Pick Professionals. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for the purpose of offering services, and this license may be revoked at any time.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

By registering as a Service Provider, you acknowledge that we collect and store certain personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree to our data practices and ensure that any information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

12. Changes to Terms
